Job Based Subcontracted position

Due to increased demand and workloads we currently have a vacancy for full time experienced working foreman/site manager, preferably as multi-skilled as possible. Ideally you will come with your own team of experienced workers. You must have all your own tools and equipment.

You will be required carry out general building work , refurbishments and extensions in accordance with working drawings and specifications, to co-ordinate ordering of on-site materials through either your own or through our existing suppliers, you will need to liase with our project manager and keep him fully briefed.

Must have experience of running residential extensions, refurbishments and new build. The following skills and experience are required:

  • Minimum of five years previous experience, backed up by recent client references and if possible photographs of recent projects however large or small.
  • Motivated, confident, enthusiastic, organised with a clean and tidy approach to your working environment . Good understanding of English . Reliable, punctual and curtious.
  • Detailed knowledge of latest building regulations, attention to detail and finish.
  • Able to follow/understanding of working drawings and plans.
  • Will be CIS4 or CIS6 registered

It is essential that you fulfil all the requirements above.

Fixed price work agreed, or hourly rate negotiable, dependant on experience & subject to completion on time and materials within budget.
