Health and Safety is of paramount importance on all our sites, and in the workplace; we have £10m full-risk public liability insurance policy backed by CGU in order to give our clients peace of mind.
To ensure customers and installers are not put at risk, all our staff are briefed in the relevant safety sytems and procedures, including the CDM and working at height regulations.
As an employer Willis Construction must meet all aspects of Health and Safety legislation that is applicable to the workplace. The construction industry is one of the largest employers within the United Kingdom, and many accidents, injuries, and fatalities occur each year, which is why Willis Construction must ensure that all staff have an understanding and knowledge of all aspects of Health and Safety at work. We have procedures in place to ensure the safety of our employees, visitors, and the public. All our employees have received adequate training and attend regular courses in Health & Safety.
Our company Health and Safety Policy is managed by MBHS, one of the UK's leading Health and Safety Consultants, they also provide site specific health and safety advice, and a detailed health and safety plan, risk assessment and method statements for each site.
