Structural Engineer: Chris Rudd Design

Removal of existing roof, structural works, additional pile foundations with ground beam to enable additional floor followed by new roof. The additional floor has enabled the creation of a new self contained flat, with balcony, decking and galleried vaulted roof. We are currently on site with this project, first fix only (Nov 07).
