Willis Construction forms Partnering Agreement with EnglisHaus Architects
5th December 2007

Willis Construction has formed an ongoing partnering framework agreement with EnglisHaus Architects who are also based in Hampton. It is intended that the framework agreement will primarily cover smaller residential contracts up to £100,000, although both parties acknowledge that this may vary.

It is intended that this approach will achieve real cost savings by improved efficiency, reliability, continuity and resultant improved client satisfaction. This arrangement will enable a greater use of Design and Build Contracts and Partnering Contracts as required to suit our clients needs.

"We are very pleased with this agreement and look forward to a long term business relationship, we know that this will improve the service that we can offer to our clients, and through increased continuity of work will enhance the level of service that we can offer, we are confident that this will be a win win scenario"
