Architectural & Professional Construction Services We are able to offer a full architectural service from the initial design stage through to planning submissions, building regulations aprovals whether a full plans submission or a building notice. We can produce all plans on CAD (computer aided design). We can also provide full contract administration construction monitering and project management services whether we are the contractor or whether we are just the professional advisor. We can also give you advice and act for you in connection with Party Walls. All of our professional services are provided by a qualified and experienced chartered surveyor. If you would like to enquire about us acting for you in connection with any of the professional related aspects of construction, please e-mail enquiries@willisconstructionuk.com Our fees are extremely reasonable and we are happy to agree a fixed price or an hourly rate. We are happy to act for you independantly and should you wish to involve us at the design stage of your project it does not tie you in to using our construction services, although naturally we would be delighted if you did choose to.
