Willis Construction understand that many organisations would like to offer added value to their clients in the form of trustworthy professional services at a competitive price.
To satisfy this need, we are keen to form partnerships and trade associations with construction related professional service providers, aswell as clients and sub-contractors. We believe in forming long-term business relationships that rely on trust and honesty.
Partnering with Clients
Willis Construction are looking to become more involved in partnered agreements with clients, and recognise the benefits for all parties; partnered agreements are commonplace within the public sector and where appropriate we will also look to form partnered agreements with private clients.
We are looking to form long term relationships with clients. To date we have built our reputation on the quality of works that our company produces for our clients, we know that by forming long term relationships through team building and strategically planning our projects, will work to the best advantage of all parties.
We respect each parties contribution within the partnership, as each party has essential ingredients to contribute. Willis Construction has a successful team of competent, trained and motivated staff, who share the companies vision of teamwork, co-operation and trust, which ensures we can focus our combined efforts into a secure future with our long term clients.
Partnering Agreement
Within any partnering agreement we will look to achieve the following:
- Customer satisfaction
- Client satisfaction
- Consideration for all parties needs
- An open and honest approach
- Achieve the highest standards possible
- Add Value to the contract wherever possible
- Reduce defects
- Produce an excellent quality of product
- Come within budget, and on time
- Reduce or eliminate the number of accidents
- Reduce or eliminate the number of ‘disputes’
- Communicate effectively
- Work fairly with and towards each other
